1Tamagawa Downriver Ship Departure Area

The Kumagawa River, counted as one of the 3 major rapids in Japan, is a 115km-long river. The source of the river is in the mountains of Kyushu, at the border of Miyazaki Prefecture, and the river runs all the way to Yatsushiro.
The ship boarding area has toilets and drinking water, acting as a rest area for visitors.
